Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cozy Living. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns are accepted for any reason during this period.

Please note: While we accept returns on most items, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of misuse or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Shipping

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exchanges and Defective Products

All products include a 90-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your item is defective or damaged, you may request either a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

5. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our policy conditions. Items returned without prior approval or outside of the 30-day period may not be eligible for refund.
