This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.cozy-living.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
2. Delivery Times and Options
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
- Standard Shipping: Free (7 to 14 business days)
- Express Shipping: £9.99 (5 to 10 business days)
All shipments include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
3. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service at contact@cozy-living.co.uk. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with industry standards.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is returned to us or lost, we may charge additional fees for re-shipment or refuse replacement depending on the circumstances. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays once the order has left our warehouse.
